He leads the company's mission to connect people to meaningful, sustainable work while helping organizations build the skills and talent they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Clement Ponku Bonney

Director

Clement Bonney is appointed as the Director of BJS and act as next to the president and he holds the overall signatory of the company. He manages the affairs of the company and His role include the overall approval of various activities of the company. He will lay the path to further accelerate BJS's diversification, digitization, and innovation plans, creating even more value for clients and candidates and strengthening our performance in the Middle East and other recruitment locations.

Emanuel Mensah

Director

Emmanuel Mensah was named Director of BJS and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he is responsible for BJS's finance, internal audit, enterprise risk, information security and privacy, and strategic sourcing functions.

Serving as a key member of BJS Executive Leadership Team, he is engaged in supporting and developing the company's business and finance strategies and driving operational performance across all geographies and business lines. Additionally, he represents BJS as a board member.
